Please note, these offers are subject to the same Terms of Use outlined in this Agreement. In addition, where payment is provided for the service, the following Terms of Use apply.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit/debit card or PayPal account. Skill Silo is committed to the security of your personal information. Please review PayPal’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for information on how PayPal processes transactions.

Subscription Plans

Subscription plans offer students a number of lesson credits each billing cycle at affordable pricing.

Each plan offers a different number of credits to be used during the billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period, so they will be forfeited. If you have additional credit (e.g., from a purchase of a standard lesson package), you may schedule additional lessons that exceed your subscription plan's limit until you have no additional credit remaining.

Your preferred method of payment will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle, which starts on the day of the month in which your subscription began. If the charge is declined, your subscription is eligible to be canceled. We may reach out to you to resolve the issue first. If we need to cancel your subscription, all future lessons for unpaid billing cycles will be canceled.

Canceling a plan

You may cancel your subscription at any time. All future lessons after the current billing cycle will be canceled.

Unused hours in the billing cycle are not eligible for a cash refund, though we will handle each instance on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

One-time Packages

One-time package plans offer students a fixed number of lesson credits that are subject to the below policies.

Credits that are unused for a period of 90 days or more since the most recent lesson date are subject to expiration.

Refunds must be requested via email within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days lesson credits are no longer eligible for a cash refund. They may still be used to schedule additional lessons subject to the Credit policy above.

If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will refund you the difference from what you paid and what you should have paid given the number of hours you used. For example, if you purchased a 10-hour package and used 3 hours, you will be refunded the difference between the 10-hour package and what you would have paid if you bought a 3-hour package.

Lesson Cancelations

If you cancel a lesson within 6 hours of the start time, you will forfeit your credit for that lesson. Your credits will be refunded for lessons you cancel prior to 6 hours of the lesson's start time, or if the professor cancels the lesson.

Skill Silo and it’s Contractors currently use Skype as its primary video conferencing service. All participants involved with Skill Silo should familiarize themselves with their Terms of Use.
