By making use of www.skillsilo.com and any of its affiliate websites and services, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and appropriate manner. We do not actively monitor your reviews, and we are not responsible to any member for any unlawful or inappropriate conduct of other members. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will refund you the difference from what you paid and what you should have paid given the number of hours you used. For example, if you purchased a 10-hour package and used 3 hours, you will be refunded the difference between the 10-hour package and what you would have paid if you bought a 3-hour package.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
